Job Requirements
- 3+ years as a sous chef in a high volume restaurant
- Previous kitchen management experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited culinary program preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Displays strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate
- Ability to perform Executive Chef duties in his/her absence
- Must be able to work an average of 50 hours a week
- Fast paced worker
- Previous experience with purchasing/receiving
- Sauté, broiler work, pantry and expo
- Stable job history that demonstrates upward career progression
