Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven work experience in restaurant industry

  • Previous experience in customer service required

  • 3+ years as a sous chef in a high volume restaurant
  • Previous kitchen management experience preferred
  • Graduate of an accredited culinary program preferred

  • Ability to perform Executive Chef duties in his/her absence
  • Must be able to work an average of 50 hours a week
